ABOUT
An artist, mother, and healing practitioner with a curious, creative, and nurturing spirit. I live on the coast of West Wales with my son, dog, cat and 5 goats. I have an intertwining healing and creative practice which focuses on the interconnection of earth, body, mind and soul.
As an artist, I work with found natural pigments and foraged plant materials, sound, image, film and sculptural papers. The journey and multifaceted processes of how I work are very explorative and experimental which result in rich narravtives and identities with vivid visual languages. I have a holistic approach resulting in immersive, refined and knowledgable outcomes, as I am forever crafting, foraging, gathering, researching and observing the world as I walk through life.
I collaborate with other artists, designers and organisations with nature and land based projects. I also work and make for individuals who want to bring more of their connection with nature into their life, home and daily rituals.
My Reiki and tuning fork therapies arose from exploring sound within my art – creating meditative sound walks developed from field recordings, combined with Solfeggio sound frequencies to connect people to land. During my early exploration of Reiki, I experienced profound and tangible personal transformations. Since then, I have developed my practice to Master Level, integrating Solfeggio frequency tuning forks in intuitive, inquisitive, and body-centred ways.
The rituals of working with healing practices and natural materials is deeply important and formative to my work and way of being. Through them, I endeavour to explore both old and emerging narratives that reconnect us with nature, rather than positioning us as separate entities. I believe a deep-rooted reclamation of our place within the natural world is essential to healing and to finding our way home.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle and powerful from of energy healing. It is channeled to enable your body to remember its incredible ability to heal itself. A session with me creates the space for you to regulate and process what you need to. It is a complimentary restorative therapy which assists in emotional and physical well being. It is widely used to manage emotional issues such as stress, grief and anxiety. Reiki also supports physical ailments such as chronic pain, insomnia and fatigue. Although Reiki is widely a hands off treatment it is often a very tangible and sensational experience. It is a wonderful opportunity for deep rest and reset.
Solfeggio Sound Therapy
Solfeggio are a set of sound frequencies which resonate with the frequencies of our body. The use of these specific frequencies in healing date back to Gregorian chanting. I use different tuning forks in a technique which focuses on realigning the frequencies of your body, working from your root all the way up to your crown. It is a deeply restful and restorative therapy which not only brings you back to yourself but can support you in physical and emotional healing. It is a gentle, hands off, audio treatment.

Sound Therapy

A greeting and brief explanation of what to expect during the session and an opportunity to mention anything you would like. Followed by a 50 minute full body rebalancing and restoration using Solfeggio frequency tuning forks. Finished with complementary herbal tea. This treatment is great for deep rest, releasing emotional blockages and those for those looking for a bespoke meditative sound experience.
Reiki
45mins £50
A greeting and brief explanation of what to expect during the session and an opportunity to mention anything you would like . Followed by a 45 mintute intuitive Reiki session. This can be completely hands off or with a combination of hands off and grounding touch for shoulders, legs and feet. Finished with complementary herbal tea. This treament really caters for what you need in the moment, be it emotional release, aid in recovery from physical aliments or a space to regulate and reset your nervous system.

Reiki and Sound Therapy Combo

A greeting and brief explanation of what to expect during the session and an opportunity to mention anything you would like. Opening the session with a 50 minute full body rebalancing using Solfeggio tuning forks and closing with 20 minutes of intuitive Reiki. Finished with complementary herbal tea. This treament is the ulimate rest and reset. Fell calmer, sleep better and release what isn’t serving you.
